Nicholas Cage Marries 5th Japanese 31 Years Younger…"Congratulations on your ex-wife of Korean descent."
Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage, 57, is the fifth bride to appearance as a bride. Riko Shibata, 26, is known to be Japanese and 31 years younger than Nicolas Cage.
According to the People and other foreign media on the 5th (local time), Nicolas Cage married his girlfriend Shivata Rico in Las Vegas on February 16.
"It's true that we're married," Nicholas Cage said through People. I am very happy," he said in person.
According to Cage officials, Cage married at a hotel in Las Vegas to celebrate his late father's birthday. Riko Shibata, a Japanese bride, had a wedding wearing a kimono.
The couple met in Japan about a year ago and developed into lovers, overcoming the age gap of 31. Nicolas Cage will be married for the fifth time.
His ex-wife, Alice Kim, and her son, Carl, also attended the wedding to celebrate the day.
Nicolas Cage married his first wife, Patricia Arquette, in April 1995, but divorced in 2001, six years later. The following year, in 2002, she remarried Marie Presley, daughter of singer Elvis Presley, but divorced that year.
Since then, she has married a Korean woman, Alice Kim (Kim Yong-kyung), and has been affectionately called "Keseobang" among Korean fans, but she has been divorced in June 2016 after 12 years of marriage. Since then, she has filed a lawsuit against Erica Koike, a Japanese woman, four days after her fourth marriage in 2019. Cage divorced at the time, saying he was "married under the influence of alcohol."
